Site Supervisor- Residential Project

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute residential construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee RCC building works, including high-rise structures and finishing works
• Prepare and interpret bar bending schedules and shuttering plans
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely project completion
• Read and interpret construction drawings and ensure compliance with design specifications

Required Qualifications:

• BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 1–3 years of relevant construction/site supervision experience
• Strong knowledge of RCC construction, finishing works, and site execution
• Ability to handle contracts, subcontractors, and coordination with consultants
