Site Reliability Engineer, Infrastructure, Play Games

Responsibilities

• Own availability and performance for key products. Be responsible for ensuring a great user experience for global users while supporting a high rate of change.
• Support production for Play Games related services, and design solutions.
• Design solutions to make the Play Games related services strong to failure.
• Support and manage the unique and evolving product features.
• Provide tools/training/consultation to development teams taking on new production responsibilities.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with data structures/algorithms and software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., C++, Java).

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting distributed systems, cloud computing, and databases.
• Ability to debug code and automate routine tasks, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
