Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Maintenance Management

• Plan, execute, and supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper functioning of:
• Transformers
• HT/LT Panels
• Switchgear (VCB, ACB, MCCB)
• Motors & Generators
• UPS Systems & Battery Banks
• Protection Relays
• Cable Networks
• Monitor equipment performance and reduce downtime through proactive maintenance.

Site Operations & Troubleshooting

• Identify electrical faults and perform root cause analysis.
• Resolve breakdowns quickly to minimize production or power interruptions.
• Coordinate emergency maintenance and repair activities effectively.

Team Supervision

• Lead electricians, technicians, and maintenance crews.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to ensure productivity and manpower utilization.
• Train and mentor team members on safety, maintenance procedures, and best practices.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of:
• Maintenance logs
• Breakdown reports
• Equipment history and calibration certificates
• Spare parts consumption
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports for management review.
