Site Engineer-Civil

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in high-rise building construction to manage and oversee on-site execution activities. The ideal candidate will ensure project delivery aligns with design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for high-rise building projects
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance
• Handle RCC works, structural activities, finishing works, and MEP coordination
• Verify and certify work measurements and billing
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site challenges proactively
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of high-rise construction techniques and methodologies
• Expertise in RCC structures, formwork systems, and vertical construction
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Familiarity with construction software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel)
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in high-rise building construction projects
