Job Description

  • Manage, configure, and support Cisco Webex Calling and enterprise voice communication solutions
  • Configure and maintain SIP and VoIP infrastructure for secure and reliable communication services
  • Implement and troubleshoot Cisco CUBE (Cisco Unified Border Element) and Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
  • Perform Cisco IOS and IOS-XE configuration for voice gateways, routers, and network devices
  • Manage certificate installation, renewal, and security configurations for voice and collaboration systems
  • Ensure security and encryption standards are implemented across VoIP and unified communication environments
  • Support Cisco IP Telephony, Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), and voice gateway solutions
  • Troubleshoot voice quality, connectivity, SIP signaling, and RTP-related issues
  • Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams for deployment and operational support
  • Monitor and optimize network voice performance, availability, and reliability
  • Support incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for voice communication systems
  • Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures
  • Participate in system upgrades, patching, and continuous improvement initiatives for communication infrastructure
