Singleview Exp LTIM Professional

• Strong knowledge of Singleview functional areas including Customer Management, Rating, Billing, Invoicing, Payments, Collections, Pricing, Rate Plans, and Discounts.

• Hands-on experience in Singleview Billing development and support activities.

• Experience working with Perl, Shell scripting, Oracle, and PL/SQL for billing and database operations.

• Good understanding of Commerce Engine, BAS (Business Administration Studio), and Diameter protocols (preferred).

• Experience working with EPM and API integrations for billing systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for handling complex billing scenarios.

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to support billing operations and enhancements.

• Strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams.
