Siebel admin

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and upgrade Siebel environments on Windows and Linux platforms.
• Administer Siebel servers, gateways, and Application Interface, ensuring smooth operations.
• Monitor and manage batch jobs such as EIM and workflow processes.
• Perform performance tuning of Siebel components including AOM, AI, and Gateway.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions within Siebel CRM.
• Support multiple environments including Development, SIT, UAT, and Production.
• Analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and uptime.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business users for issue resolution and deployments.
