Role & responsibilities

• To ensure day to day equipment trouble shooting is done in appropriate manner.
• To make proper RCA for breakdown works & reoccurring maintenance issues of the plant.
• To make list of spare parts & inventory planning with indents.
• Proper manpower management with respect to the jobs.
• Appropriate quality testing of Purchased spare parts etc.
• To plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules as per annual plan and reduce equipment down time.
• To minimize breakdowns through rigorous efforts on preventive maintenance & its quality.
• To support production department during change-over of products.
• To comply with IMS systems, procedures & documentation works.
• To ensure safety at the workplace.
• Compliances & adherences to the statutory testing of form no 9/10/11
