Sharepoint Developer & Sharepoint Designer

 Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and implement Microsoft SharePoint and web-based solutions.
• Plan and execute SharePoint migrations: SP 2010 → SP 2013 → SP 2016.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical SharePoint 2016 solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide guidance and support for complex projects throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to quality processes and best practices in architectural design.
• Lead project delivery, track progress, and provide status updates to clients.
• Handle client interactions effectively to understand business needs and deliver value-added services.
• Mentor and manage the development team, ensuring project milestones are met.
