• Configure and enhance ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, integrations, and automation processes.
• Implement best practices in software development methodologies, architecture, and system design.
• Work on Integration Architecture Blueprint and Design Solutions to ensure seamless connectivity between enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve ServiceNow application issues to maintain system stability and performance.
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution planning activities.
• Mentor junior team members and support their technical and professional development.
• Facilitate team meetings, project discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve collaboration and delivery efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, coding best practices, and organizational development processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Support end-to-end software lifecycle activities including development, testing, deployment, and
