ServiceNow - ITSM\/ITOM + Integration + Flow Designer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions. The candidate will work on ITSM/ITOM modules, develop scoped applications, implement integrations, and ensure workflows and automation meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules according to business requirements.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow scoped applications, service catalogs, workflows, catalog scripts, and macros.
• Implement integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and App Engine Studio.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow scripts including Scripted REST APIs, business rules, client scripts, email scripts, and notifications.
• Manage data loads, transform maps, and reporting capabilities.
• Implement and manage ACLs, data policies, and security configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the ServiceNow platform.
• (Optional) Implement automated testing in ServiceNow to ensure quality and reliability.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
• ServiceNow Application Development Certification
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
