• Develop applications and workflows using JavaScript in ServiceNow.

• Implement REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.

• Work with JDBC, MID Server, and SQL-based integrations.

• Manage ServiceNow ITSM, TSM, FSM modules and configurations.

• Handle platform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.

• Ensure adherence to Agile practices and delivery standards.

• Support troubleshooting and production issue resolution.

• Work on telecom domain-based Service Assurance and Network Assurance (preferred).
