Job Description
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM modules.
• Work on Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog modules.
• Implement and support ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery functionalities.
• Configure and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
• Work on Vulnerability Management and Integrated Risk Management modules.
• Design and develop ServiceNow applications and workflows as per business requirements.
• Ensure smooth functioning of ServiceNow platform and maintain system stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable ITSM solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with IT service management best practices and security standards.
