ServiceNow - ITSM / ITOM + IRM + Integration + Flow Designer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional with expertise in GRC, ITSM, ITOM, and application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and developing ServiceNow solutions, integrating third-party systems, and ensuring compliance with policies and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow GRC & Compliance: Implement and manage ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, compliance frameworks, and policy management.
• ITSM/ITOM Configuration: Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules as per business requirements.
• Application Development: Develop scoped applications, workflows, service catalogs, catalog scripts, macros, and automate business processes.
• Integration & Automation: Integrate third-party systems with ServiceNow using REST APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and App Engine Studio.
• Scripting & Customization: Develop and maintain Scripted REST APIs, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, data policies, email notifications, and other customizations.
• Data Management & Reporting: Perform data loads, create transforms, generate reports, and implement dashboards for effective tracking and insights.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct automated testing and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications and workflows.

Mandatory Certifications:

• ServiceNow Application Development Certification
