ServiceNow - ITSM \ ITOM + IRM + Integration + Flow Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Develop ServiceNow scoped applications and integrate with third-party systems.
• Build Service Catalogs, workflows, catalog scripts, macros, and automation processes.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripting including Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Utilize Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and App Engine Studio for process automation.
• Perform data loads, transform creation, and reporting within ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Participate in application development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Maintain best practices and standards for ServiceNow development.
