ServiceNow Integration Development Expert

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with external enterprise systems.
• Work extensively on ServiceNow IntegrationHub Spokes, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and MID Server configurations.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Transform Maps, and Flow Designer.
• Integrate ServiceNow with platforms such as Ansible, vRA, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Splunk, and other enterprise applications.
• Implement ServiceNow Orchestration solutions to automate workflows, approvals, and operational processes.
• Develop and manage API integrations using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Work with multiple data formats including JSON, XML, and CSV for data exchange and transformation.
• Design and implement data transformation and mapping techniques for seamless system integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Utilize middleware platforms such as MuleSoft and Kafka for enterprise integration scenarios.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration, workflow, and performance-related issues.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of integration solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and deployment procedures.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Support deployment, testing, and post-production activities for ServiceNow integrations.
• Stay updated with new ServiceNow features, integration technologies, and industry best practices.
