ServiceNow HRSD Design Lead ( P & C )

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP S/4 HANA Consultant with 7–9 years of experience to support enterprise-level SAP implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ABAP development, extensive knowledge of SAP functional modules, and the ability to lead client-facing engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using S/4 HANA ABAP.
• Expertise in Workflow, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Dictionary, BAPI, BADI, RFC, ALE/EDI, IDOC, ALV Programming, Classical and Interactive Reporting, BDC.
• Develop and maintain SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms (offline/interactive), Enhancements, User Exits, Dialog Programming, Interface/ABAP Proxy programming, LSMW, BSP, ABAP Web Dynpro, Function Modules, and Spool programming.
• Create Core Data Services (CDS) views for data modeling and custom analytics.
• Develop and consume OData services for standardized and efficient APIs.
• Implement ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP) for optimized database operations.
• Support S/4 HANA migration, data migration, and system conversions.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams, particularly in Finance (FI/CO), Materials Management (MM), and NetWeaver Portal.
• Lead technical design specifications, development, and performance tuning for large enterprise ERP implementations.
• Create and configure Web services and perform functional testing on SOAP.
• Implement enhancements using USER-EXIT and BADI to meet business requirements.
• Monitor SAP ECC applications in real-time to support business operations.
• Demonstrate strong client-facing skills and the ability to independently lead a technical team.

Experience Required

• 7–9 years of experience in SAP ABAP development with strong exposure to S/4 HANA.
• Solid knowledge of FI/CO and MM modules is mandatory; experience in other SAP areas is a plus.
• Proven track record in large-scale enterprise ERP implementations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities.
