Key Responsibilities

• Configure HRSD modules including Employee Document Management (EDM), retention rules, access and visibility, lifecycle events, journeys, employee relations, cases, involved parties, interviews, and evidence
• Manage access management, role and group creation, manual access assignment
• Configure and support AWA (Live Agent/Virtual Agent), interactions, HR topics, conversation flows, and scripting
• Provide advanced dashboard support, database views, and interactive filtering
• Support integrations using REST API
• Manage HRSD case management, workflow designer, ACLs, record producers, and HR service processes
• Translate business needs into technical requirements
• Recommend process improvements based on system capabilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, reporting, and performance analytics
