Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and define business and application requirements.
• Design and develop ServiceNow ITSM Hardware Asset Management (ITAM/HAM) solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Ensure ServiceNow solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet enterprise business requirements.
• Design and support ServiceNow ITSM module implementations, upgrades, and migration projects.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITSM solutions with external systems and enterprise applications.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior team members.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and ServiceNow architectural standards.
• Continuously monitor and improve system performance, stability, and efficiency.
• Stay updated with latest ServiceNow ITSM and HAM advancements and apply them to solutions.
