Job Description

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications to address specific business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze detailed requirements
• Design scalable, maintainable, and efficient custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and organizational standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom applications to maintain optimal performance
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for custom application development and configurations
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements relevant to custom application development

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Develop and implement workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and integrations
• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for custom applications
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team
• Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators and other developers for seamless integration
• Manage application versioning, deployment, and release activities
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and data protection standards
