Servicenow Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and administration, with the ability to create custom solutions that enhance our IT service management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow development activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
• Perform system upgrades and enhancements to optimize performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• 12-14 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.).
• Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
