• Provide advisory on technical governance and ServiceNow processes

• Define standards and best practices for ServiceNow architecture and platform health

• Evaluate business requirements against platform capabilities and architecture

• Ensure correct technical solutions are implemented for business needs

• Conduct ServiceNow HealthScan to assess performance, scalability, and security

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow across products

• Lead and coordinate DevOps teams on a day-to-day basis

• Serve as escalation point for unresolved technical issues

• Monitor adherence to ServiceNow OOTB features and best practices

• Ensure system scalability, usability, and maintainability
