ServiceNow Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow integrations using APIs, web services, and external data sources.
• Configure and manage authentication methods such as SSO, SAML, and SSL for secure platform access.
• Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, and scripts to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance across ServiceNow environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry security standards.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases, best practices, and new features to enhance platform functionality.
