ServiceNow Analyst
Job Description
• Act as technical owner and manage a team of developers, assigning tasks and providing guidance
• Mentor and lead development teams while ensuring delivery quality
• Participate in requirement gathering, design, and development on the ServiceNow platform
• Execute agile sprint tasks including development, unit testing, and peer reviews
• Design, create, and customize workflows and workflow activities
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with cross-functional teams
• Review code and design to maintain quality standards
• Build and maintain technical documentation and user stories
• Monitor platform health, usage, and compliance
• Provide production support and resolve issues under pressure
• Coordinate upgrades, testing, and regression activities
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions and training workshops
• Contribute to best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
