ServiceNow Administrator
Job Description
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and processes based on business requirements
• Develop and implement new functionalities, enhancements, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform
• Maintain and optimize platform performance including system settings, upgrades, updates, and patches
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users and resolve platform-related issues
• Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation, guides, and learning materials
• Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and communicate relevant enhancements to stakeholders
• Perform data integrity checks, audits, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Create and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics for business insights and decision-making
• Support ITSM processes and ensure alignment with IT service management best practices
• Work with APIs and integrations for connecting ServiceNow with other enterprise systems
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, workflows, and governance policies
