Service now QA + Selenium

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with ServiceNow SA, Development, and QA teams to understand business and technical requirements.
• Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow implementations.
• Execute manual and automated test cases to validate application functionality and performance.
• Perform QA testing across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, ITOM, and GRC.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Java.
• Identify, log, track, and report defects using defect management tools.
• Perform functional testing, regression testing, acceptance testing, and deployment testing.
• Conduct performance, load, stress, recovery, compatibility, and security testing.
• Validate integrations involving web services, APIs, and database technologies.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues identified during testing cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and quality delivery.
• Support continuous improvement of testing methodologies, frameworks, and automation practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, testing best practices, and release processes.
• Learn and adapt to new ServiceNow modules, technologies, and testing tools.
