Job Description
- Administer and manage ServiceNow instances (2–4 years L2 experience required) across multiple releases.
- Perform workflow construction, tool configuration, customization, and form design.
- Conduct functional testing, performance testing, and integration testing of web services.
- Configure Incident, Problem, Change, and other ITSM modules.
- Participate in system upgrades and code movements between Development, UAT, and Production environments.
- Perform cloning activities and coordinate with L4 teams and ServiceNow vendors.
- Work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts.
- Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks through audits, reporting, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Analyze and integrate CoE and HR/Business processes to enhance process alignment and efficiency.
- Prepare business requirement documents for automation/enhancement, lead pilot and testing efforts, and develop training material.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitor analysis to improve process design.
