Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work on ServiceNow HRSD implementations with a focus on modules such as Case Management and Employee Service Center.
  • Utilize strong understanding of HRSD capabilities to design, configure, and enhance HR service workflows.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions using platform scripting and web technologies.
  • Support integrations between HRSD and other enterprise systems.
  • Apply knowledge of HR processes to ensure solutions meet business and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze issues, and provide effective resolutions.
  • Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout project activities.
  • Preferred candidates may hold relevant ServiceNow HRSD certifications.
