Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement workflows and automate business processes using ServiceNow scripting.
- Work on ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request management.
- Design and configure Service Portal components.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems via REST APIs.
- Troubleshoot, test, and support ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
