Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications, with strong focus on Service Portal development.
• Work on integrations with other systems and applications.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, performance, and maintainability.
• Optional: CSS certification is a plus.
• Work across various modules as required by the project.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience in Service Portal development.
• Hands-on experience with integrations in ServiceNow.
• Knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules is a plus.
• CSS Certification is optional but advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
