Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Analysis: Evaluate customer needs and provide solutions for technical issues.
• Documentation: Create technical diagrams, flowcharts, and supporting project documentation.
• Mentorship: Guide and support junior engineers in project execution.
• Research & Innovation: Research new technologies and recommend process improvements.
• Design & Development: Develop designs for new products or systems per specifications.
• Compliance: Ensure systems and processes adhere to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Project Planning: Prepare proposals, estimate costs, schedule resources, and evaluate outcomes.
• Maintenance & Support: Perform repair, preventive maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
