We are seeking a Service Desk Support-Voice professional to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about technology and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for voice-related issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries related to voice services and systems.
  • Log and track all service requests and incidents in the ticketing system.
