• Provide technical support for service desk operations and end-user issues

• Support IT infrastructure including Windows Server, Unix, and Mainframe systems

• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory and SharePoint environments

• Assist in resolving customer and client technical issues efficiently

• Support data centre operations and system monitoring activities

• Participate in mandatory training and evaluation programs

• Ensure timely response and resolution of IT service requests
