Service Desk Engineer / Data Centre Operations (HCL Fresher Drive)

• Provide first-level technical support for IT infrastructure issues

• Support Windows Server, Unix, Mainframe, and SharePoint environments

• Manage Active Directory user and access issues

• Monitor system alerts and escalate critical incidents

• Maintain incident logs and update resolution status

• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
