Location: Bagmane Tech Park, Bangalore
Role: Service Desk Associate
Qualification: 12th Pass & Above (BE/B.Tech not eligible)
Experience: Freshers Only
CTC: 3.5 LPA (Up to 22,500 Take-Home)
Shift: Rotational Shifts with 2 Rotational Week-Offs
Cab Facility: Two-Way Transportation Provided
Age Limit: Up to 25 Years
Key Requirements
Excellent English Communication Skills
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Basic understanding of customer service and troubleshooting preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end users.
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat.
- Log and track incidents using ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and application issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant support teams.
- Ensure timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
