Roles and Responsibilities:

SAP Security & Authorization Management:

• Design, implement, and manage SAP authorization concepts in collaboration with business departments and IT stakeholders.
• Develop, administer, and analyze SAP roles across various modules and platforms.
• Perform SAP security upgrades, cutovers, post-go-live support, and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure compliance with SAP security policies and internal controls.

Access Control & SoD Management:

• Manage SAP Access Control and Process Control systems.
• Implement and monitor Segregation of Duties rules and resolve violations.
• Collaborate with business teams to align security solutions with organizational requirements.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor SAP security team members.
• Manage security projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Support and guide business stakeholders on SAP security best practices.

Analysis & Problem Solving:

• Analyze complex business processes to design effective security solutions.
• Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations for secure access management.
