Job Description
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve SERP rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest search engine algorithm changes and SEO trends.
- Manage link-building strategies and backlink profiles.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must be willing and able to work full-time on-site at our office location.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant SEO certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Yoast, SEMrush Academy) are a strong plus.
- Experience with content management systems like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
