Senior/Prinicpal BRM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform configuration and release management of Oracle BSS products such as BRM, ECE, PDC, and OCOMC.
• Handle branching, merging releases, version control, and deployment to non-production and production environments.
• Use configuration management tools such as GIT, SVN, or CVS to manage code and releases.
• Participate in installation, updates, and maintenance of Oracle BRM/ECE/PDC/OCOMC environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to provide solutions and resolve issues.
• Conduct workshops and demonstrations for customers using Oracle tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Track and manage defects using tools like Jira or Redmine.
• Stay updated on CNE concepts, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm chart updates, and related technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of industry experience working in Telecom domain on Oracle BRM/ECE/PDC.
• Good understanding of prepaid and postpaid billing processes for broadband, wireless, voice, SMS, and data services.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
