Key Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and execute programs that promote comprehensive youth development. Establish and nurture positive relationships while acting as a mentor for young individuals. Collaborate with both internal and external partners to meet the needs of the youth. Keep detailed case records in alignment with organizational guidelines. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Youth Work. 5 to 8 years of pertinent experience working with youth. Previous experience in a similar role involving young people. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Capability to engage and inspire youth from various backgrounds. Solid understanding of the contemporary challenges faced by young individuals. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
