Senior Windchill Developer

Birlasoft is seeking a highly skilled Windchill developer who enjoys collaborating with both clients and peers. The developer will work across all phases of projects—from analyzing client requirements to implementation, customization, and reporting. The role involves interacting with high-profile clients in the media & technology domain and delivering tailored solutions to meet complex business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software using Java and enterprise system APIs.
• Participate in all stages of project implementation, from development to testing.
• Configure and customize Windchill solutions according to client requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with teammates to optimize project efficiency.
• Document methodologies, processes, and lessons learned.

Experience and Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience with Windchill development.
• Strong Java programming skills, specifically with Windchill API.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ERP integrations is preferred.
• Web-based development experience (JSP, JavaScript, MVC, Spring) is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of object-oriented methodologies and API development.
• Database experience (Oracle, SQL Server) is a plus.
• Prior experience in the media and technology industry is a major advantage.
