Position: Senior Test Engineer - Corporate Banking

Experience: 6+ Years (Minimum 4+ Years in Corporate Banking Testing)

Location: Mumbai | Bangalore | Pune

Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced UAT/QA Tester with deep expertise in Corporate Banking applications. The right candidate will have practical experience across Corporate Customer Onboarding, Payments Testing, Mobile Banking Testing, and end-to-end UAT execution and management. This role requires the ability to independently lead testing efforts, partner with business stakeholders, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• 4+ years of experience in Corporate Banking testing and overall 6+ Years in QA.
• Experience with Middle East Banking client.
• Strong expertise in Corporate Customer Onboarding, including KYC, CIF creation, document verification, approval workflows, AML and customer activation.
• Hands-on experience in Corporate Mobile Banking testing covering login, MFA/OTP, account services, and transaction processing.
• Experience in Payments testing, including UAE transfers, international payments, bulk payments, beneficiary management, and approval workflows.
• Extensive experience in managing and executing end-to-end UAT activities such as requirement analysis, test designing, test execution, defect management, coordination with business users, and test sign-off support.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take ownership of UAT deliverables, actively manage testing activities, and coordinate efficiently with business and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with business users, project stakeholders, developers, and product teams during UAT cycles.
• Identify, monitor, and manage defects through resolution and closure.
• Support test sign-off activities and ensure business readiness for production releases.
• Prepare test reports, metrics, and stakeholder status updates.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of overall QA/Testing experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Corporate Banking Testing.
• Strong domain knowledge of Corporate Customer Onboarding processes.
• Hands-on experience in Corporate Mobile Banking testing.
• Experience in Payments Testing, including domestic and international payment workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end UAT activities.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance, KYC, AML, and approval workflows.
• Experience with defect management and test management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of deliverables.
