Senior Technical Writer

• Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Product Requirement Documents (PRD), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports

• Develop technical presentations, solution blueprints, and API documentation

• Ensure consistency in documentation standards and adhere to established style guides

• Collaborate with technical teams to gather, validate, and ensure accuracy of content

• Manage and organize documentation using platforms like Confluence, SharePoint, and Box

• Maintain and update technical documents as per project requirements
