Senior Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate top IT professionals for multiple technical roles.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Utilize ATS tools (preferably Job Diva) to track and manage candidates efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers.
• Implement sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
• Stay updated on IT industry trends, skills demand, and salary benchmarks.
