Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of gStore for enterprise clients, ensuring successful rollout and adoption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, executive reporting, and escalation management.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to oversee new client-specific product developments.
  • Drive and manage integration efforts across internal systems and client ecosystems.
  • Champion Agile and SAFe practices, balancing innovation with deployment efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring alignment between all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and emotional intelligence while managing global and cross-functional challenges.
