Senior Technical Program Manager

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, delivering complex technical projects.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).

Preferred Qualifications:

• A master s degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline.
• Experience with machine learning and AI technologies.
• Experience with data engineering and data pipelines.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
