Senior Technical Consultant

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced professional for escalation support, IT infrastructure planning, security reviews, change management, team training, server and virtualization management, and RCA approval for critical incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide escalation support for complex problem resolution to the L2 team.
• Be conversant with IT infrastructure planning and security reviews.
• Manage complex change and configuration management.
• Define policies, standards, and lead team management and training efforts.
• Analyze and approve Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents.
• Handle implementation and management of large-scale server management and virtualization management.

Basic Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: BE/BTech (CSE, ECE, IT) or MCA / MSc (CS) with a science background.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in server and virtualization management services.
• Certifications: Certification in server management and virtualization management preferred.
• Skills:
• Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure planning.
• Experience in change management.
• Expertise in server and virtualization management.
