Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and align functional and technical vision for programs; participate in system and interface design decisions.
  • Lead end-to-end SDLC processes: requirement intake → design → build → testing → deployment.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and various pod roles (Business Analyst, Integration Specialist, QA) on strategic planning and goal setting.
  • Drive customer cloud adoption and provide guidance for OCI deployment.
  • Engage with internal and external partners (development, support, services, third-party partners) to implement Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Oracle customer relationships, coordinate service delivery, and ensure contracted terms, revenue objectives, and governance are met.
  • Perform scope, risk management, and periodic service account reviews.
