Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle technical recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding
  • Handle both niche and high-volume hiring across multiple technology domains

Talent Sourcing & Strategy

  • Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, ATS tools, and Boolean search techniques
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements
  • Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and talent market knowledge

Market Intelligence

  • Provide insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies
  • Support workforce planning through market analysis

Process & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, legal guidelines, and compliance standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation in ATS systems

Capability Building

  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters
  • Improve team efficiency through best practices and knowledge sharing
