Senior system engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions utilizing IBM FileNet Content Manager and IBM Case Manager.
• Configure and oversee document repositories, content stores, and metadata models.
• Create case management applications, workflows, and business processes.
• Customize and enhance IBM Content Navigator (ICN) applications and plugins.
• Design and execute document lifecycle management and records management solutions.
• Develop integrations between FileNet and enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.
• Establish security models, access controls, and governance policies.
• Create and manage workflows utilizing Process Engine and Case Manager.
• Assist with content migration, archival, and digitization projects.
• Diagnose and resolve performance, workflow, and repository issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise governance, audit, and regulatory standards.

Technical Requirements:

• Core competencies in Technology Enterprise Content Management, specifically IBM FileNet.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Advanced conceptual understanding of at least one programming language.
• Strong conceptual grasp of one database and one operating system.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, with practical experience in at least one project.
• Ability to independently contribute to medium to complex tasks.
• Exposure to design principles and the capability to interpret design specifications independently.
• Proficient in executing test cases and scenarios as per the established plan.
• Ability to accept and address production issues while coordinating with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Logical thinking abilities.
• Awareness of the latest technologies and trends.
