Role description
In the Solution Consultant role, you will work with SAP Digital Manufacturing SAP DM to help our manufacturing sites turn business requirements into reliable IT solutions. The needs you gather may require support from the development team within our IT solutions, or may involve hands-on configuration changes in the IT solutions setup. You will be part of the Stable Team with end-to-end (E2E) responsibility, meaning we are involved from early stages through maintenance. This is a broad position with a high level of ownership. You will have the opportunity to tailor the role to your strengths while building deep expertise in SAP DM manufacturing IT and our global solutions. You will work in a global environment with colleagues, stakeholders, and manufacturing sites, and your solutions will directly support production-critical IT systems used in our factories.
We are transforming toward a more agile, product-focused way of working, with the objective of achieving shorter time to market for our applications.

Your focus will be to
Understand customer needs in close cooperation with them
Design and configure Production Process Designs PPD and Production Operator Dashboards POD in SAP Digital Manufacturing
Become an expert in our IT applications and how they operate in factories
Support rollout and upgrade activities and SAP DM quarterly releases
Support our factories with IT-specific knowledge
Work actively with maintenance and improvements
Be part of On-call

Hands-on experience with SAP DM implementation/configuration
Experience with SAP integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English in both spoken and in writing

Experience with manufacturing IT
Candidate needs to travel to client office C V Raman Nagar Bagmane for 2 to 3 days or all days wherever applicable
